Policies

We do not tolerate any yelling or profanity towards the staff.  Any one of those things could result in dismissal from the practice.

If you are not able to attend your appointment, please contact us at least half an hour prior to the appointment in order to avoid a no-show bill.  Faxed cancellations are acceptable.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule.

Typically, an appointment is 10 minutes long.  Procedures, injections, form completion, or complete physicals may require longer appointments.  Please inform us upon booking so that we may allot the appropriate amount of time for the appointment.

Please update the staff of any address, phone number, and e-mail changes.
